DIRECTIONS:
- Thoroughly rinse a desired amount of Sea Moss to remove any excess salt or sand particles.
- Place Sea Moss in a bowl with enough water (Spring or Distilled) to cover it and soak for up to 8 hours. Sea Moss will expand when rehydrated. (Add a squeeze of lime or lemon while soaking to neutralize ocean taste.)
- Remove Sea Moss from water, rinse again and place in a blender slowly adding water (Approx. 3 cups of water per each ounce of gold sea moss) and blending until it reaches your desired thickness. You can also place the sea moss in a pot of pre measured warm water to soften before you blend it. (Boil the water and allow it to cool down before adding sea moss to avoid losing the nutrient content.)
- Store Sea Moss Gel inside a clean glass container and keep refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.
