SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
Orders may be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 30 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing times may vary depending on:
•    Order volume
•    Ingredient sourcing
•    Production capacity

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

PERISHABLE ITEMS
Orders containing perishable items typically ship Monday–Thursday only to preserve product quality. Orders with perishable items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping times for Priority International Mail vary depending on your location. While most countries experience an average delivery time of 10–15 business days after processing, please note that actual delivery times may differ due to customs processing and other delays beyond our control. Customs processing times can vary significantly between countries. In some cases, delivery may take as little as 7 business days (best case) or extend up to 30 business days or more (worst case) due to unforeseen delays. Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we have no control over customs processing or shipping timelines. All order tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided at checkout so you can monitor your package’s journey.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has completed processing and has been shipped, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail, unless another shipping method is selected at checkout.
Please note:
•    Shipping time begins after your order has been processed
•    Expedited shipping applies to shipping only, not processing or preparation time

Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, USPS assumes responsibility for delivery timelines. Sow Into U Herbal Apothecary is not responsible for carrier delays or additional shipping charges resulting from delayed delivery.

ORDER COMMUNICATION
Order confirmations are sent automatically upon purchase.
For order-related questions or updates, please contact us only through the business email listed in your confirmation email.
Messages sent to personal social media accounts are not monitored for order inquiries.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the processing and shipping timelines outlined above.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our natural products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are not accepted and we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so that we can work resolve the issue.

Is something wrong? Did you receive a faulty item? 
If you have an issue regarding the product, packaging, or spillage, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order with the details, including the order number. We require a photo of the damage/issue to better serve our customers in the future. Please note that photo proof will speed up the resolution process.

We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments that are updated as delivered in the tracking. However, we will do our best to help resolve any such issues. The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. Packages returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses.

International customers are advised to research the customs fees of their country. International orders may have customs fees assessed at the destination. The customer is responsible to pay any customs fees assessed on arrival. We do not pay the customs fees levied by your country.

NATURAL INGREDIENTS
We are a small, health/eco-conscious company. We work with the freshest, most vibrant ingredients we can find. Sow Into U Herbal Apothecary sources Certified Organic, Ethically Wild Harvested and Fair Trade whenever possible. We are against the use of pesticides, preservatives, additives and GMO's. All of our products are Vegan. Sow Into U Herbal Apothecary is continuously increasing the organic content of our products. All ingredients listed "Organic" are Certified Organic raw materials from our suppliers.

Even with the most natural of ingredients allergies are still a possibility. The customer is responsible to be aware of their own sensitivities. We are not responsible for your allergies and sensitivities. If you have questions about any of our products please contact us! We'd love to help you choose the right products for the overall improvement of your health and wellness.

WEIGHT & MEASURES
Our herbs are sold by weight, not volume. Some items may settle during transport. Our products are made from natural raw materials and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to make slight adjustments to our formulas according to the availability of high quality ingredients.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Sow Into U Herbal Apothecary does not sell or share your personal information. Orders and personal information are encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) so that your privacy is protected. Your credit card number is transmitted directly between the issuing bank and credit card processor. We do not receive or keep any credit card information.
