HOW TO PREPARE:
- Boil 2 cups (16oz) of Spring water
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of tea into the pot, tea bag or filter
- Remove from heat and cover if steeping on the stove or pour hot water over herbs in a cup/glass (plastic is not recommended)
- Steep covered for 15-20 minutes (turn the heat off & steep overnight for stronger potency)
- Strain loose herbs if a teabag wasn't used
- Place the strained herbs in the refrigerator in a sealed glass jar to be used a second time.
