The Sweet Dreams Tea is the perfect late night tea to calm the body and promote a good night's rest after a long day. This blend includes herbs which all work together to calm the nerves and relax the body. LIKELY SAFE WHILE PREGNANT AND NURSING. Reusable muslin Bag Included with all herbal tea purchases.
DIRECTIONS:
- Boil 2 cups (16oz) of Spring or Distilled water
- Scoop 1-2 teaspoons of tea into the pot, tea bag or filter
- Reduce to low heat if steeping on the stove or pour hot water over herbs in a cup/glass (plastic is not recommended)
- Steep covered for 15-20 minutes (turn the heat off & steep overnight for stronger potency)
- Strain loose herbs if a teabag wasn't used
- Place the strained herbs in the refrigerator in a sealed glass jar to be used a second time.
