Highly recommended!!! I did the mucoid plaque cleanse last year. I fasted for 10 days before starting just to make sure my stomach was empty and that I wasn’t releasing anything recently ingested. I was having problems with my bowls before starting (wasn’t coming out smooth as if there was a blockage) but after starting i went on to release soooo much from inside me for the next 21 days without eating any food!!! I couldn’t believe it. I did do the mucoid plaque for 9 days total and fasted for 21 days total no food and passed stools everyday. Everyone need this no exaggeration! I’m looking forward to my next cleanse very soon !
